The missional vision of Clínica CEML in Angola is “to provide health and hope through Christ.” You can support this vision by serving as the Director of Media and Communications for Clínica CEML, an evangelical hospital in southern Angola. Use your photography, videography and editing and social media skills as a full-‐time missionary to communicate the work of CEML creatively and effectively. Additional responsibilities include serving alongside medical ministry teams in either the main hospital or in outlying clinic outreaches as well as with Mission Aviation Fellowship flight operations in efforts to record these story events. A service commitment will comprise of four-‐year terms of residence in Angola. Portuguese proficiency will be obtained initially through language school training to enable multi-‐lingual media formats.
The Director of Media and Communications will oversee all aspects of traditional and digital media for national (Portuguese language website) and global (North American – English language) advertising and be a key influencer on media strategy and planning. The individual will be responsible to develop strategies and oversee the creation and execution of media plans within the context of the overall marketing mix. The individual will manage a media budget and be responsible to regularly report media results and impact. Synopsis of Ministry Activities:
